The Habit Hot Vibe signature set flow sequence combines yoga postures synced with your breath, a fun and challenging balancing series, and dynamic core work designed to add energizing fire to your life. This sequence will leave you feeling perfectly balanced inside and out, from bottom to top.
HOT RELEASE & FLOW
Habit Release and Flow incorporates myofascial release tools (SMR) into a signature set of poses to allow for deeper release and greater body awareness. Incorporating SMR into your yoga practice is like wearing fins when you go snorkeling...you become much more effective and efficient at releasing fascia in order to increase both your passive and active range of motion, and create greater body awareness. Journey through the body and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.The studio is heated to 80-90 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. Classes are held in an airy, beautiful room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s. This is a Pilates mat class.
WARM VINYASA FLOW
Connect breath to movement in a dynamic creative flow. Create a sense of moving meditation to help calm the mind, ease the body, and feed the soul. Heated to 80 degrees with plenty of cool down towards the end. A good balance of heat and cool. Great for chronic illness. Fun music will be played.
HATHA & HEALTH
Focus on alignment and injury prevention with longer held postures. Become experts and embrace the use of supportive props. A good balance of both effort and ease. Nutrition tips will be offered. All levels welcome. Very beginner friendly. Trauma supported and great for chronic illness.
Kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan is the study of awareness. Awakening the kundalini allows us access to our life force and our highest potential as human beings. In these classes, the students learn techniques to transform the body and have a positive effect on the psyche. Combining asana (yogic postures), mantra (chanting with the intention to retrain the mind), body locks, breath, and meditation to create an experience where one can live in their highest self.
ENERGY MEDICINE YOGA
Gentle movement with an offer of energy medicine (reiki) followed by restorative pose/s with props. This class mainly focuses on the energy body, regulation of the nervous system, and allowing the mind to calm. Come to create new neural pathways and healthy habits. All levels welcome. MEDITATION & MOVEMENT
Create a circle for connection and shared energy. The class begins with gentle movement to help settle into meditation either seated or lying. Calling all runners, bikers, skiers and never-quitters. Whether you’re training for a half-marathon, bike event, pushing weights, or stuck behind a desk all day, Habit Restore is for you to wrap up your weekend of activity and get you all set to kickstart your week. This class emphasizes floor postures in a warmed room to stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. Students who take this class will report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.
