Corona Virus Prevention Strategies to Consider
Did you know that only 70% of the population wash their hands after using the toilet? Gross, I know! A recent study published, examined how often and how well people washed their hands in 10 of the world's leading airports. Only 20% of people in these airports had clean hands. Of those who do wash, only half do it correctly - using both soap and water for at least 15 seconds. If we can raise the percentage of those with clean hands from 20% to 60% we could reduce the global spread of disease by a whopping 70 percent!
You can also choose to boost your immunity by eating healthy whole foods and taking high quality immune supporting supplements. In addition, sleep and relaxation is important, so find some practices that resonate with you like meditation, yoga and getting outdoors.
Below are some recommendations to support your immune system and overall health:
Please Wash your hands!!!
Perfect time to cut down on alcohol and sugar and refined processed foods

At Habit, we are focusing on cleanliness using seventh generation anti-bacterial wipes, essential oil sprays such as Thieves/OnGuard mixed with isopropyl alcohol, as well as wiping down surfaces, props, and vacuuming/mopping regularly. We also have an amazing hand sanitzer and hand soap from a local Durango organic company called Cura.Te, which I highly recommend.
